CNC Machining
CNC Machining is the heart of our business and what we do most. We have 3 machines in all, including (2) 48" X 48" machines and a smaller, more rigid machine that we use for aluminum, some plastics and generally smaller projects. Each machine is setup for different types of work, so we are using all of them all the time.

Each machine is controlled by Masso G3 CNC Controller and is running a 4HP spindle. I designed and built the 1st 2 machines and the 3rd is an old AccuCut that I've replaced all of the electronics and upgraded to NEMA 34 motors and a 4HP Spindle.

I work in Vectric Aspire and Fusion 360 primarily for CAD/CAM.

Offer

Basic Cutting
Typically, this is plywood or other sheet goods such as MDF, and cutting out simple profiles, pockets and drilling operations.

3D Carving
3D Carving is used to create a wide variety of complex shapes and sculptures, typically in hardwoods. Many of the plaques and signs that we've made have involved 3D Carving to achieve some amazing effects.

Photo Carving
We have the ability to carve your photograph in wood for memorials, wedding gifts etc. Turn a regular photograph into a family heirloom!

V Carving
V Carving is used to create text and other detailed shapes, which are typically color filled like on a house number or Real Estate sign.

Acrylic Cutting
Acrylic is similar to Basic Cutting but requires different tooling to avoid melting the material and some operations need to be approached differently.

Rotary Machining
Some projects require a part that is machined on the 4th axis, which works similar to a lathe, turning round stock instead of flat stock.
